Sometimes life gets in the way of climbing, but we understand and hope to see you back soon! Please see the below notes about canceling memberships. 

  • All Cancellations must be submitted with this form 7 days prior to our billing date, on the 1st of every month. Submissions less than 7 days prior to the billing date cannot be honored.

  • Rock Fitness staff will never cancel memberships at the front desk, via email, or over the phone. No exceptions.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZES

Freezing your membership is the perfect option for short term departures. Freezes maintain your membership status, and you do not have to pay any initiation fee's when you return. 

  • Freezes are $8.00 per month per account.

  • Freezes are complimentary with doctors note stating inability to engage in physical activity & Military Orders.

  • Freeze requests must be submitted 7 days prior to the billing date, which is the 1st of every month.

  • If you are on a contract, either Gym Only OR Annual, freezing your contract will push your remaining months forward. You may freeze up to 4 months of your contract. Even if you freeze, you are still required to pay 2 regular payments if terminating later. See below for information regarding contract terminations.

LATE FEE'S & PAST DUE BALANCES

Late fee's and past due balances are a sticky subject, our mission is to provide a fun, inclusive and friendly environment to all of our customers at all times. All declined charges are subject to a $10.00 late fee. Past due balances must be collected before returning to use of the gym. We do not allow any person to utilize the facility with a past due account.

CONTRACT TERMINATIONS

Contractual memberships remain active and billed for 2 additional months after the termination request is received. Just give us a heads-up if you are moving or need to cancel. This allows us to forecast our income and expenses for the next couple of months. You can still use your membership during those 2 months.

Gym Only contracts remain active and billed for 2 additional months after the termination request is received.

Annual Full Access contracts remain active and billed for 2 additional months after the termination request is received.
